Ayanokoji in Classroom of the Elite may not exactly be a ladies’ man, but several girls have developed feelings for him. This is proven by the fact that he got several chocolates from girls during Valentine’s Day.
Of course, not all the girls who gave him chocolates are interested in him romantically at this point in the story. After all, even Kikyo Kushida gave him one.
As for the others though, it’s clear that they have feelings for Ayanokoji. These include the likes of Kei Karuizawa, Haruka Hasebe, and Airi Sakura.
Based on this, it’s a fair bet that one of these three will be the girl to eventually kiss Ayanokoji.
Who Does Kiyotaka Ayanokoji Kiss in Classroom of the Elite?
If that’s also your theory, you’d be right. In the Classroom of the Elite 2nd Year arc, Ayanokoji and Karuizawa become a couple, and they eventually kiss.
Their first long-awaited kiss happens in volume 3 of the 2nd Year arc, and they will kiss again in the following volume. This solidifies their relationship, which they will soon reveal to their class.
Ayanokoji and Karuizawa tried to kiss each other before, but during the events of volume 2, they were interrupted by Ichika Amasawa.

Will Ayanokoji and Karuizawa Kiss in Classroom of the Elite Season 3?
Their romantic developments in the light novel fully got underway in volume 11.5 of the 1st Year arc. As their kiss only happens in the 2nd Year arc, Classroom of the Elite season 3 will not cover this.
Even though fans won’t get to see Ayanokoji and Karuizawa kiss, they’ll at least see their relationship begin to blossom. That is if season 3 also adapts the volume 11.5 chapters, which many fans think it will.
