It might come as a surprise to some, but Kiyotaka Ayanokoji got chocolates for Valentine’s Day, though not all the chocolates had names on them. There is an answer to this though, as revealed in the light novel.

Classroom of the Elite’s Latest Episode Is Set on Valentine’s Day
Valentine’s Day is celebrated all around the world, but the Japanese have a unique custom for it that most anime fans should be familiar with.
In Japan, Valentine’s Day sees girls give chocolates to guys. Generally, girls give chocolates to guys that they like, with some even being handmade.
On the flip side, other girls give all their male classmates chocolate as a friendly gesture with no romantic hints.
Despite being a more serious psychological thriller instead of a high school rom-com, Classroom of the Elite Season 3’s latest episode features this Valentine’s Day custom.
What is surprising is that Ayanokoji isn’t dense about it, as he openly acknowledges Valentine’s Day.
Even more interesting is that Ayanokoji doesn’t just receive one as he gets five chocolates from the girls in his school.

So, Who Gave Ayanokoji Chocolate on Valentine's Day?
The first one shown to give Kiyotaka Ayanokoji chocolate is Kei Karuizawa. As expected, she played it off in tsundere fashion during the scene, as she teased Ayanokoji about it.
It’s soon revealed that Ayanokoji also got four more chocolates. Out of the five chocolates that he got, two of them had names: Haruka Hasabe and Airi Sakura. These two are members of the Ayanokoji group.
The other two did not have names, and the episode did not reveal which two other girls gave them to Ayanokoji. It hasn’t been covered in the anime yet, but the light novel does reveal the two girls.
The fourth girl is Hiyori Shiina, a quiet and reserved Class 1-C student. Finally, the fifth chocolate was from Kikyo Kushida, a surprise given their rather contentious dynamic.
As Classroom of the Elite Season 3 continues, these two other chocolate-givers will likely be revealed to anime-only viewers. The show’s next episode will be streamed next week.
