The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On has returned for a second season. Being the unconventional reality dating show it is, many wonder where The Ultimatum is filmed.

If you're unfamiliar with this original reality show from Netflix, The Ultimatum gathers together five couples where one partner has issued an ultimatum.

After this, the contestants in the show have to go through an eight-week trial marriage with another person in the group. Eventually, the experience will help them decide if they are ready for the next step: marriage.

Since the show came out, it has been a rollercoaster of events. Despite this, the first season proved successful, with couples still staying together and getting married. Netflix even created a spinoff series called The Ultimatum: Queer Love.

Aside from the drama, viewers are always excited to see the places featured in the show. Here's when and where they shot The Ultimatum Season 2.

As we learned, the cast and crew of The Ultimatum filmed the second season towards the end of 2022. The film crew was spotted throughout the city in November 2022.

Since then, the contestants did not share photos with their partners. This was part of their agreement with Netflix not to spoil anything for the show's viewers.

In the first season, Netflix chose couples who resided in Austin, Texas. Meanwhile, they decided to feature couples in San Diego, California, in its spin-off show, The Ultimatum: Queer Love.

So, for the second season of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, it only made sense for Netflix to film in another city.

This time around, the streaming giant chose Charlotte, North Carolina. Most couples who joined the show came from Georgia and North or South Carolina.
