Secret Invasion Recap: Is There Going To Be An Episode 7?
Unfortunately, Secret Invasion Episode 6 has already been previously declared as the finale episode for the Disney Plus series. And as much as it seemed to have ended on such a cliffhanger, The Marvels will come in pretty handy in case you plan on continuing Nick Fury's story.
To be more specific, the Kree-Skrull war story coming to an end.

Nick Fury's Plan All Along
Let's be honest here: everybody had been expecting the Avengers (at least one of them) to appear at some point in the series, but to our surprise, they didn't.
Nick Fury has always been the guy who's always 'three steps ahead of everybody else', so it makes sense that one of his plans was to discreetly retrieve the Avengers' DNA (aka the 'Harvest' in Secret Invasion Episode 5) to make do with his final battle to save earth.
Agent Sonya Falsworth definitely played a huge part in this, in terms of deploying the first stage of Fury's plan: to save President Ritson from the Skrull colony.
Amid Sonya's distraction of gaining Skrull Rhodey's attention that Fury was infiltrating the hospital, the Skrulls scrambled about in attempts to hunt down Fury, away from their plan in taking over the earth.
Of course, the plan was a success, seeing as Fury, despite how people has constantly viewed him as 'rusty' and 'unprepared' for battle, managed to kill the Skrulls getting in his way and eventually convinced the President of the United States that Rhodey was not to be trusted.
In spite of Rhodey trying to eliminate Fury by using Sonya's gun, Fury's bullet drove through his skull faster than he could pull his trigger.
G'iah Becomes The Most Empowered Skrull & MCU Character
As for what had happened to the 'Harvest' Nick Fury promised to hand over to Gravik for his Super Skrulls plan, as it turned out, the 'Nick Fury' who went over to his meeting place was none other than G'iah herself, disguised in Fury's skin.
Although before the big reveal happened, Gravik had this whole monologue of how much he trusted Fury to promise his people that they would get their home, a home where they could roam freely in their own green skin.
Unfortunately, as young as Gravik was exposed to helping Fury, it was one of the things that deeply affected the way he treated human beings on earth.
The face Gravik had been using in his human form turned out to be the first man he ever killed with his own hands.
While Fury had admitted to failing the Skrulls in giving them a new home, he also confessed that he felt like running away from his responsibilities to them the moment he turned into ashes during The Blip.
As agreed upon, Fury handed over the Avengers' DNA to Gravik on one condition: that they find their new planet elsewhere, which of course, drove Gravik to use the DNA to kill Fury.
However, unluckily for Gravik, the Nick Fury he had been talking to all this time had been G'iah in disguise; G'iah who had the original Avengers' DNA, and not the decoy DNa she handed over to Gravik.
That said, G'iah was able to utilize the powers of Guardians of the Galaxy's Mantis, Drax, but most notably, Captain Marvel's!
Despite Gravik and G'iah's huge difference in terms of strength and ability, in mid-air, G'iah was able to use Mantis' ability to put Gravik to 'sleep' before ending his life by putting a hole through his body using Captain Marvel's superpowers.

President Ritson Declares War Against Skrulls
Although Nick Fury, G'iah, and Sonya Falsworth were able to release every single human being the Skrulls took as hostages into their base camp, including Everett Ross and Rhodey, the President of the United States did not take this alien threat lightly.
As a part of the President's retaliation, he had declared war against the Skrulls roaming around earth.
Considering that all Fury told him was that most of America's leaders were taken by Skrulls, the President's orders had soldiers killing both the innocent and evil Skrulls, despite having little to no knowledge on how to tell Skrulls and humans apart.
All President Ritson could tell Fury was, "If you truly care about the Skrulls, get 'em off my planet."
Seeing as Sonya Falsworth was able to contact G'iah in a secluded place, Sonya suggested G'iah to take the mantle of being the leader of her people, which could potentially lead to the events and official plot of what we can expect from Armor Wars.
Now the question remains is if we will be seeing G'iah lead her people with the advantage of the Avengers DNA running through her veins. Will she be able to rescue the rest of the innocent Skrulls on earth?
Nick Fury Takes His Final Step With His Wife
Secret Invasion Episode 6 ends with a heartwarming note for Fury and his wife, Priscilla Fury aka Varra (her Skrull name) as the two of them decide to reconcile now that their battle was officially over.
With that, Fury was determined to lead the Skrulls and accompany them to the peace treaty the Kree was offering, and this means returning to the S.A.B.E.R. space station where he had spent his time since returning from The Blip.
But this time is different, though, because he brought his wife with him on his journey. This time, he wanted to be with her as he embarks the next step of helping the Skrulls find their home.

What's Next For the MCU After Secret Invasion?
Everybody knows that the consistent delays Marvel Phase Five continuously encountered led Marvel Studios and Disney to rethink their next plan for the ever growing franchise.
In this case, with Secret Invasion done, the next MCU series to expect is Loki Season 2 arriving this October.
As for a direct connection to the events and aftermath of what occurred in Secret Invasion, The Marvels has been previously confirmed to be a sequel to the aforementioned series.
