One Piece Chapter 1100 is set to be released on December 4, 2023, but spoilers reveal some key information about Portgas D. Ace that piqued the interest of One Piece fans.

Apparently, Bartholomew Kuma agreed to the three conditions set by the World Government, particularly St. Jaygarcia Saturn, in exchange for treating Jewelry Bonney’s Sapphire Scales disease, which killed her mother, Ginny.

First, Saturn asked Kuma to become one of the seven warlords of the sea to replace the former, who had been defeated by Ace.

Second, Kuma has to give up his body for modifications by Dr. Vegapunk to turn him into a human weapon. Third, Kuma has to give up his free will and sense of individuality, as if he’s already dead.

Out of his devotion to Ginny and Bonney, Kuma agreed to everything that Saturn asked, despite Dr. Vegapunk’s arguments.

He stayed with Bonney for quite a while, but he also left her behind to start acting like the tyrant Kuma a lot of people know about and to keep the end of his bargain.

As revealed by Saturn, Kuma has to step up as one of the seven warlords of the sea due to the rookie Ace.

Prior to Ace becoming a member of the Whitebeard Pirates, he beat an unidentified warlord, which caused great turbulence in the pirate world.

Saturn chose Kuma as a replacement since someone of his caliber would be a natural choice to fill the position and calm the seas.

Then, we see Ace happily and excitedly talking about Kuma as the new replacement with Jinbe, Whitebeard, Marshall D. Teach, and even Marco.

Funny, Edward Newgate has to make a side comment regarding Ace being the last person he’d expect to talk about the warlord’s replacement.

The latest chapter made One Piece fans fuss over which warlords Ace beat. This only shows how powerful Ace is, even before he becomes a Whitebeard Pirate. Imagine his potential if he's alive today!

Unfortunately, One Piece Chapter 1100 spoilers never revealed anything about the warlord that the rookie Ace beat sometime in the past.

There’s no clue to the former warlord’s identity, which led fans to come up with different speculations.

It's possible that One Piece has yet to unveil this former warlord, or that he will appear in later chapters of the series.

Many people are looking forward to the future chapters because there are rumors that Eiichiro Oda is cooking up something big that would leave everyone speechless.

Meanwhile, many One Piece fans believe that the warlord defeated by the rookie Ace is none other than the man with the burn scar (a man marked by flames), who also happens to be in possession of the last Road Poneglyph.

The burn scar on this man’s face might have been given to him by Ace himself, thanks to his devil fruit powers.

The man with the burn scar’s identity is shrouded in mystery, but fans think he has a very important role for Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates to reach Laugh Tale.

In fact, Killer of the Kidd Pirates once mentioned that if they wanted to retrieve the One Piece treasure, they needed to take the man with the burn scar seriously.

Not much is known about this man except that he sails on an all-black ship, and he can sink those who try to approach him to the bottom of the ocean.

It is also believed that he had some sort of personal connection with Gol D. Roger, Ace’s biological father.

Going back to Ace, did you know that he has been offered to become a warlord of the sea?

In the Paramount War arc, Ace rejected the position and became a member of the Whitebeard Pirates instead.

So, which warlords did Ace beat before becoming a Whitebeard pirate?
