The title of One Piece Chapter 1100 is Pacifist, and it features raccoon dogs fixing up Oden’s hair on the cover page.

King Bekori’s plan to cleanse Sorbet Kingdom’s filth continues to rage in the southern region despite the furious resistance from the people.

He believes that a wise king like him must sometimes steel his heart and enact cruel reforms to bring about great bliss and prosperity.

Kuma tries his best to save his people from the fires in the south, but he can’t protect them all. At Kuma’s church, the wounded are being treated while Jewelry Bonney worries over the safety of her adoptive father.

Then, Kuma appears before the castle, angered by King Bekori’s edict. Kuma attacks the King using his devil fruit abilities, and this incident would be known as the Solo Revolution of the Sorbet Kingdom.

In Sacred Marijoa, St. Jaygarcia Saturn heard about the new king of the Sorbet Kingdom.

The new king is none other than Kuma, who failed to resist the pleas of the people. Kuma clarifies that he’s just a figurehead to make the people better; the one who’s actually in charge of the palace is Bulldog.

All of a sudden, Bonney runs around the church, attracting the attention of Kuma and the others.

She looks pretty like Ginny, but she has noticeably gotten much older. They suspect that Bonney ate a devil fruit, but they don’t know how or when it happened.

Not only can Bonney transform into a wrinkled old woman, but she can also return to her real age.

Bonney meets Bulldog, and the latter informs the former that he has important matters to discuss. Connie, the one-time Queen dowager, also arrives.

An article about the tyrant Kuma alarms Bulldog and the rest. They believe that King Bekori is coming back to take control of the Sorbet Kingdom, and worse, the World Government is on his side.

Kuma has no choice but to face the Marines on his own after asking Bulldog to take Bonney under his wing.

Naturally, Kuma sank all of the marine ships, including King Bekori. He fled to the sea, and a bounty was placed on his head.

While Bonney misses her father in the Sorbet Kingdom, Kuma tries her best to find information about her Sapphire Scales disease.

At some point, Kuma reunites with the Revolutionary Army. He allowed Betty to be the captain of the Eastern Forces of the army, a position once held by Ginny.

He also received information about Dr. Vegapunk from Dragon, whom he believes can help Bonney’s condition.

At Naval Science Division Laboratory 8 (later known as Egghead), Kuma brings Bonney to Dr. Vegapunk to get a checkup.

Dr. Vegapunk assures Kuma that Bonney will live as long as he uses some medical technology that he has been holding back from the public market.

Dr. Vegapunk will generate new stem cells and transplant them into Bonney. It’s about as much work and cost as creating a cyborg, but Bonney will not turn into a cyborg.

On the other hand, Dr. Vegapunk got curious about Kuma’s Buccaneer race. He wants to make clones of Kuma by using his blood samples in exchange for Bonney’s operation.

Dr. Vegapunk will use Kuma’s clones in the Marines to save the populace, which Kuma believes is a worthy cause.

Before the chapter ends, Kuma agrees with Dr. Vegapunk’s proposal. Dr. Vegapunk calls Kuma a true saint, but the latter argues that he’s just a weak-willed pacifist, thus the name "Pacifista."
