- Chapter 5: Endings and New Beginnings wraps up the conflict between Miyo and her family. This chapter also marks the end of the Saimori household and the beginning of Miyo and Kiyoka’s peaceful days.
Meanwhile, the second light novel volume also has a total of five chapters, and they are as follows:
- Chapter 1: Nightmares and Disquieting Shadows opens another story in Miyo and Kiyoka’s life together. Miyo starts getting nightmares, while Kiyoka is busy with his military affairs.
- Chapter 2: The Chestnut-Haired Man introduces Arata Tsuruki, who also goes by the name of Arata Usuba, Miyo’s cousin.
- Chapter 3: To the Usuba Household, allows Miyo and Kiyoka to visit the mysterious Usuba Household, where Arata and Yoshirou Usuba secretly reside.
- Chapter 4: Light in the Darkness explores Miyo’s supernatural abilities for the very first time in her attempt to save Kiyoka Kudou from the grotesqueries’ grudge.
- Chapter 5: Truth-Revealing Party wraps up Miyo and Kiyoka’s struggle as a couple following the revelation of Yoshirou Usuba about Sumi Usuba, and more. Miyo also showed everyone at the party the fruits of her labor after studying under Kiyoka's sister, Hazuki Kudou.
