If you're wondering what happened to Fox Devil, Chainsaw Man hasn't been entirely clear on that. We do have some hints about the memorable Devil's whereabouts.

Who Is the Fox Devil?
The Fox Devil is a supporting character in Chainsaw Man who initially serves as an ally to Public Safety.
They appear like a fox with multiple eyes and a scary face — quite fitting since they embody humanity's fear of foxes.
When we first meet the Fox Devil, they're in a contract with Aki Hayakawa. The Fox Devil comes out when Aki makes a gesture with his hand that represents a fox, saying the word "Kon."
This is because a fox's cry is often described using the onomatopoeic word "kon kon" in Japanese. In exchange, the Fox Devil eats a little of Aki's body.
Is the Fox Devil Still Alive?
As of writing, there's no indication that the Fox Devil died. Killing a Devil is extremely difficult unless Chainsaw Man eats them; an act that removes people's fear of them.
In the improbable case of a Devil's death on earth, they get reborn in Hell, and vice versa, if Power is to be believed. Therefore, they don't really die.
In the Katana Man arc, the Fox Devil survives having their head slashed through. Like all Devils, the Fox Devil can restore some stamina and strength by consuming blood.
What Happened to the Fox Devil? Chainsaw Man Facts and Theories
After the fight against Katana Man, Aki is no longer able to utilize the Fox Devil's powers.
As Aki tells Denji, the Fox Devil refuses to appear in front of him, presumably because he overused its power.
Because of that, Aki realizes that he got on the Fox Devil's bad side and does not expect to work together again.
However, the Fox Devil presumably remains in Public Safety's service as they are among the Devils who attack Reze during the Bomb Girl arc.
In the International Assassins' arc of the Chainsaw Man manga, Nakamura, a Public Safety Devil Hunter, is able to use the Fox Devil's powers.
This confirms that they are still willing to work with humans, though not with Aki in particular.
As of writing, little is known about the Fox Devil's whereabouts in Chainsaw Man Part 2.
Based on the above, we would assume that the Fox Devil is still working with Public Safety. If so, we wouldn't mind a cameo, although we can't help being bitter that the Fox Devil didn't help Aki more.
