The mid-credits scene of The Marvels featured the surprise return of Kelsey Grammer as Beast, reprising the role from the original Fox X-Men movies. He showed up as they revealed which universe Maria Rambeau landed in after the climactic events of the film.

The X-Men character's cameo was celebrated by many fans since it teased what we might see in the rest of the MCU's Multiverse Saga including the upcoming film Deadpool 3.

A lot of fans also noted that the character had a more comic-accurate design compared to the Fox movies and there are questions whether that will be his permanent look in his future appearances.

Now, as we're now weeks away from the release, we finally have our best look at the fan-favorite character's appearance in the film.

Andy Park, the Director of Visual Development at Marvel Studios, released the official concept art for Grammer's Beast in The Marvels on his recent social media post where he expressed his excitement over working on the character's cameo in the MCU film.

"BEAST concept design I did for THE MARVELS! This is one of the versions (that also shows his body/clothing) I did as I gave them a range of options (as we do) all while trying to channel the essence of his comic book origins," he wrote in his caption.

"I’ve done a lot of designs through my years here at Marvel Studios… this one made the inner fanboy in me squeal just a bit."

This likely explains why the character had a comic-accurate design since it was their intention from the beginning to lean in that direction when they decided to include him in the post-credits scene of the film.

It is exciting to see now what's next for the character in the MCU as they officially established his presence in the multiverse and, hopefully, it will be sooner than we thought.

Grammer himself is even open to making more appearances as the characters and fans would definitely love to see more of him. Hopefully, when we see him again, it will be with his X-Men colleagues.

The Marvels is still showing in theaters everywhere.
