It has been over two years since the second season, but finally, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (TenSura) season 3 has an official release date.
The show’s premiere was announced alongside the release of a new trailer. It showed off new characters who will play a key role in the next series of events.
Along with the new characters and clips, the trailer also highlighted a bunch of new cast members.
TenSura Adds New Voice Cast Members for Season 3
Even though the last That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season was released back in 2021, the show’s main cast will return for the latest season.
Also returning is 8bit, the studio that worked on the previous two seasons along with the 2022 Scarlet Bond movie.
Aside from TenSura, 8bit is also working on Laid-Back Camp season 3 and The Irregular at Magic High School season 3, both of which will also premiere in spring.
Joining the original cast are 10 new voice actors, nine of whom will play members of the Ten Great Saints.
The new VAs include:
- Inori Minase (Itsuki Nakano in The Quintessential Quintuplets) as Mariabel Rosso
- Kenji Nojima (Nobuchika Ginoza in Psycho-Pass) as Leonard
- Eiji Takemoto (Hajime Tsukishima in Golden Kamuy) as Arnaud Bauman
- Hajime Iijima (Gakushi in Shin Ikkitousen) as Bacchus
- Haruka Aikawa (Koma Sakuraba in Otaku Elf) as Litus
- Wataru Komada (Asguiaro Ebern in Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War) as Garde
- Taishi Murata (Shun Ibusaki in Food Wars) as Fritz
- Shoya Chiba (Kiyotaka Ayanokoji in Classroom of the Elite) as Saare
- Mari Hino (Shushu Suruga in Chained Soldier) as Glenda Attley
- Masashi Yamane (Duncan in My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer) as Grigori

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 3 Release Date Confirmed
Along with the new VAs, the show’s latest trailer also features the Ten Great Saints, though the focus is on their leader, Hinata Sakaguchi.
In the third season, Hinata is voiced by Yumiri Hanamori, a popular VA best known as Ai Hayasaka in Kaguya-sama: Love is War and Sagiri Yamada Asaemon in Hell’s Paradise.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 will premiere on April 5, 2024. Currently, there’s no word yet on an international release date for the series.
Given that the first two seasons are streaming on Crunchyroll, season 3 will likely also be streamed there in the US and other regions.
