In Echo, Morningstar Angeline plays the role of Lowak, one of Maya Lopez's ancestors. One of the five episodes of Echo is dedicated to her character.

The second episode of Echo, entitled Lowak, pays tribute to Morningstar Angeline's character as one of the Choctaw tribe members. It highlights her as an agile and resilient warrior.

In the episode, the Choctaw were facing another tribe in a game of stickball (also known as lacrosse). When a strong opponent stepped in, it was evident that the Choctaw would lose at defending their territory.

Lowak came in and called upon the spiritual power of Chafa, the first Choctaw. This allowed her to be consumed by Chafa's power and lead them to success.

Maya also possessed this trait, which gave her the strength she needed to escape the train owned by Kingpin.
