Marvel's newest TV series is here, and it's breaking stereotypes. Echo is the first triple-threat movie of its kind, allowing Alaqua Cox to be the first deaf, indigenous Marvel superhero with a prosthetic leg. In this article, we look at one of her signature tools. So, what is the motorcycle Echo rides in the Marvel TV series?

Over on Reddit, avid motorcycle aficionados pointed out that Cox rides a custom Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 motorcycle.

The motorcycle Cox rides has a custom exhaust and some modifications to its frame. It also has off-road tires to seal its look.

In Hawkeye, the Royal Enfield logo on the motorcycle was covered by a Goofy plate, so it wasn't easily recognizable. But in Echo, fans were able to identify the motorcycle right away in the first episode.

Some riders also shared that none of the Royal Enfield bikes are "really performance machines" and called them a "good starter bike."

When photos and videos of Cox riding a motorcycle came out, people were quick to go online and call the scene unrealistic since "deaf people can't ride motorcycles."

Some fans disputed the notion that deaf people or those who are hard of hearing (HOH) cannot ride a motorcycle. This is because there is no rule stopping deaf or HOH individuals from riding a motorcycle.

The only thing they need to do is to get the approval of an audiologist. They should also learn how to ride a motorcycle and pass a driving test.

Motorcycle enthusiasts, however, encourage deaf riders to ride in a group so they can stay safe.

Given Cox's physical disabilities in real life, many can't help but wonder if she can actually ride a motorcycle outside the set of Echo.

While we've already established that there is no law prohibiting deaf and HOH individuals from riding a motorcycle, those with a prosthetic leg don't have any problem either.

As explained by the Amputee Coalition, amputees can ride a motorcycle as long as it has been modified according to their needs.

Therefore, Alaqua Cox doesn't have anything stopping her from riding a motorcycle; unless, of course, she doesn't want to.
