At the end of Episode 4, it was revealed that Gojo survived Toji Fushiguro’s attack. Soon, Gojo defeated Toji and wonders if they should kill all the non-sorcerer cultists in retaliation.

The latest episode happens one year after Toji’s death, and it shows how Gojo has become the strongest sorcerer, so he started to take on more solo missions. This left Geto to feel isolated and stew on his thoughts on curses.

After talking to the Special Grade sorcerer Yuki Tsukumo, Geto starts thinking that one way to take away all the curses in the world is to eliminate all non-sorcerers.

Geto fully goes into this dark path on a mission where he discovers two young sorcerer girls who are abused in a village.

While the villagers wanted Geto to kill the two girls, Geto instead massacres everyone in the village. Soon, Geto is branded a curse user.

At some point, Geto meets Gojo in Shinjuku and explains his new goal of eliminating all non-sorcerers. However, Gojo lets him go in the end.
