Yesterday, Jonathan Majors was fired by Marvel Studios after he was found guilty of harassment and assault against his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari by the Manhattan jury. He will no longer be involved in any future MCU projects including Avengers 5.

So far, no decision has been made yet whether the role of Kang the Conqueror will be recast with a different actor or pivot to another villain like Doctor Doom as the big baddie of the Multiverse Saga.

There's no doubt that Majors' firing in the MCU will change Marvel Studios' plans for the franchise in the near future, especially in the upcoming Avengers movie which is supposed to culminate the Kang storyline.

Now, MCU fans online have chimed in and shared their reactions to the news of Major's firing.

As usual, a lot of MCU fans shared their reactions to the news of Majors' firing by Marvel Studios on social media.

They also started to wonder about what Marvel would do with Kang in the future and pointed out that they could move on from the character as it was set up in the second season finale of Loki.

Some fans also responded through memes and jokes, which are also typical when it comes to social media reactions like this.

It might take several more weeks or even months before we find out what the new future of the MCU will be in the aftermath of Majors' firing, but there's no doubt that a lot of changes are coming and it's not going to be an easy decision to make for them.

Recently, we learned that Avengers 5 is no longer titled Avengers: The Kang Dynasty which suggests that the MCU will likely move on from the character and focus on another villain which is what some rumors have claimed.
