Reggie Franklin/A-Train is one of the most popular graduates of Godolkin University and was ranked #1 during his time.

In the first episode, we see A-Train eight years ago in the news when he joined The Seven. Marie’s father is happy with the news, as A-Train is the first Black man in The Seven.

Madelyn Stillwell

Elisabeth Shue's Madelyn Stillwell appears in the news broadcast of A-Train joining The Seven. She was the former Vice President of Hero Management at Vought.

In the news, we see Madelyn giving her speech, saying that they are “thrilled to welcome A-Train to The Seven, which proves what we have been saying for a long time: We live in a post-racism world.”

Colby Minifie reprises her role as Ashley Barrett, a publicist for Vought who later became the Vice President of Hero Management following Madelyn Stillwell’s death.

Ashley appears in the first and second episodes of Gen V, and it's clear that she has more problems other than dealing with Homelander. Ashley continues to lie for Vought and says "If the Woods is exposed, we all have a big potentially fatal problem."

Kevin Moskowitz/The Deep

Kevin Moskowitz/The Deep is a member of The Seven who can breathe underwater and communicate with sea creatures. He also attended Godolkin University and was ranked #6.

The Deep appears in a video in the third episode of Gen V, saying that Professor Brink honed his skills, sharpened his mind, and turned him into the curious, intelligent man he is today.

Love Sausage

M.M.’s old foe, Love Sausage, appears briefly in a flashback scene at Sage Grove Center. He was last seen in The Boys Season 3, Episode 6, titled “Herogasm".

Vanessa

Ben/Soldier Boy

Soldier Boy was America’s first and greatest superhero before Homelander, his biological son. He appears in the sixth episode of Gen V, inside Cate's mind.

It turns out that Soldier Boy is Cate's imaginary boyfriend. Soldier Boy warns Marie, Andre, Jordan, and Dusty that they could get stuck in Cate's mind.

He then says that if they really want to live, "then the single most important thing I can tell you – ". Soldier Boy gets hit by a "burst blood vessel" and dies (at least, in Cate's head).

Victoria Neuman

Victoria Neuman appears in the seventh episode of Gen V. She visits Godolkin University for a town hall. We also learn that she is Marie Moreau's benefactor. Dr. Cardosa later hands over the Supe-killing virus to her, and after that, she blows up his head with her powers.

Grace Mallory

Grace Mallory appears in the seventh episode of Gen V. Dean Shetty meets with her and informs her about her plans of killing all the Supes with the Supe-killing virus. She asks for Mallory's help, but the latter refuses, saying that Shetty will be committing genocide.

She then tells Shetty that a man who works for her has the same rage. She says that it "so consumed him that there's nothing left." Clearly, she was referring to Billy Butcher.

Homelander

In the Gen V Season 1 finale, Cate decides to “free The Woods”, and Sam chooses to help her. Cate and Sam release all the prisoners in The Woods, and the freed Supes begin killing humans on the campus.

Ashley calls Homelander and asks for his help. Homelander arrives at Godolkin University and sees Marie.

He then asks her, “What kind of animal are you? Do you like attacking your own kind?” Before Marie can fully respond, Homelander blasts her with his heat vision.

We then see Homelander watching the news, where Cate and Sam are named the “Guardians of Godolkin”, while Marie, Jordan, Emma, and Andre are accused of being the ones behind the murder spree on campus, which was dubbed the “Godolkin 4 Massacre”.

Billy Butcher

Billy Butcher appears in Gen V Season 1’s mid-credits scene. Butcher goes to The Woods, most likely to find out more about the Supe-killing virus. He looks around and then says, “What a bunch of c---s.”

The Supe virus will clearly be part of The Boys Season 4’s story, and based on the mid-credits scene, it appears that Butcher wants to get his hands on the virus.
