BLACKPINK dethroned Spice Girls and became the girl group with the highest-grossing tour amid its Born Pink world tour.

BLACKPINK has been breaking records in the past years since it debuted in 2016. It recently became the first K-pop group to headline the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on April 15 and 22 at Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

Before the YG Entertainment girl group makes another history at the British Summer Time Hyde Park festival, the four-piece scored a new title due to its ongoing Born Pink world tour.

The English girl group earned $78.2 million after wrapping up its 2019 Spice World Tour.

Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa, and Rosé started the record-breaking show in Seoul in October. In the remaining months of 2022, BLACKPINK held 26 shows in front of 366,248 fans.

The Born Pink world tour is expected to garner more concertgoers and add more to the tour's current value this year. YG Entertainment estimated that the world tour could attract around $1.5 million fans worldwide, as the quartet is set to play in 31 more venues this year.

If BLACKPINK's upcoming concerts would sell out, the girl group could have at least $200 million in total.
