For more than a decade, everyone was waiting for Disenchanted to happen and when it did, it comes out accessible to all after releasing on Disney Plus. Following the highly anticipated sequel will there be a third Enchanted movie or will this be the end of happily ever after?
Will There Be A Third Enchanted Movie After Disenchanted?
To date, there is still no confirmation yet from Disney whether there will be a third Enchanted movie but given the time difference between the first film and Disenchanted, the doors remain open for the possibility of a third Enchanted movie happening.
Enchanted first released in 2007 and its sequel only released in 2022. To think that it is impossible to have an Enchanted 3 would be absurd. Take Princess Diaries 3 for example. It also took more than a decade before the third installment of the title was confirmed. Thus, an Enchanted 3 could still take years if it will happen.
Disenchanted follows the story of Giselle and what happens after her happily ever after in Enchanted following her marriage to Robert. It turns out, they now have a kid, Sofia, and they are moving to the suburbs in a town called Monroeville.

Giselle wishes for a fairy tale life but she turned the whole town into a fairy tale, a wish she has to undo before the last strike of midnight because if not, her wish would be permanent.
As if that isn't good, it turns out she is a step-mother, a usual villain in fairy tales, and if she couldn't undo the wish, she would permanently be a villain, especially to her step-daughter, Morgan.
Amy Adams returns as Giselle in Disenchanted with Patrick Dempsey as Robert and Gabriella Baldacchino as Morgan. Also returning are James Marsden as Prince Edward and Idina Menzel as Nancy Tremaine.
New cast members include Maya Rudolph as the villain, Malvina Monroe, Jayma Mays as Ruby, Yvette Nicole Brown as Rosaleen, Oscar Nuñez as Edgar, and Kolton Stewart as Tyson Monroe.
Disenchanted releases on Disney Plus on November 18, 2022.
