Does Kazuma End up with Aqua?
Kazuma did not end up with Aqua in KonoSuba. However, Aqua comes to terms with her feelings and realizes that she has fallen in love with Kazuma after defeating the Demon King.
It was a surprise, though, but many people saw it coming. After all, they have been together in the fantasy world for the longest time, even though they often bicker.
Aqua is a cute goddess, but Kazuma sees her as a useless one. Even when they slept together in the stables, Kazuma never made a move on Aqua.

No, Kazuma did not end up with Darkness. Initially, Kazuma was drawn to Darkness because of her appearance, but once he learned about her personality, everything turned him off.
Still, Kazuma has a lot of intimate moments with Darkness. He keeps lusting over Darkness, and so does the warrior herself, but their relationship doesn't take off.
Darkness formally develops feelings for Kazuma after he rescues her from an arranged marriage in the light novel.
She confessed her feelings to Kazuma, but she was turned down. She kept confessing to Kazuma, but she was always rejected.
