Throughout the past seasons of Sex Education, fans have come to love Aimee Gibbs, Moordale’s sweet and kind student. Unfortunately, Aimee was sexually assaulted on a bus, and she has struggled to fully process her trauma.
Because of what happened to her, Aimee struggled with intimacy with her boyfriend Steve. Realizing that she needed to focus on herself, Aimee decided to break up with Steve in Sex Education Season 3.
In Sex Education Season 4, Aimee is on a healing journey. She decides to get into art class as part of her healing process. There, she becomes closer to Isaac, her best friend Maeve’s ex-boyfriend. So, who does Aimee end up with in Sex Education? Does Aimee end up with Isaac?

Who Does Aimee End Up With in Sex Education Season 4?
Aimee and Isaac end up together in Sex Education Season 4. Aimee and Isaac get off on the wrong foot when they get stuck in the elevator at Cavendish College. They also happen to be classmates in art class.
When Aimee tells Maeve about meeting Isaac, Maeve says that she thinks the two of them would actually get along. So, Aimee apologizes to Isaac, and the two start hanging out. They start developing romantic feelings for each other and eventually confess that they like each other.
However, they both recognize the situation they’re in – Aimee being Maeve’s best friend, and Isaac being Maeve’s ex-boyfriend. So, Aimee decides that she should tell Maeve about it first.
However, Maeve tells Aimee that she’s not comfortable with the idea of her best friend and her ex-boyfriend dating. So, Aimee chooses not to date Isaac out of respect for Maeve.
Later on, before Maeve leaves for America, she apologizes to Aimee and Isaac. She confesses that she is more upset at the idea of losing them both as they are the only family she has left. Aimee assures her that she will never lose both of them. Maeve then gives Aimee and Isaac her blessing.
Aimee and Isaac begin dating, but Aimee still has issues with intimacy. In the finale, Aimee overcomes what happened to her on the bus. She burns the jeans on the road and has a photoshoot at the bus stop.
Later at the fundraiser, Aimee and Isaac share their first kiss in the photo room of Cavendish College. So, Aimee ends up with Isaac in Sex Education’s series finale.
