Arcane Season 2 is well underway and is currently slated for a 2024 release. Obviously, there's still plenty of time to catch up with what happened in the finale of Season 1 and of course, know who dies and who survives in Netflix's Arcane, in general. So, here's a little overview of every character's fate thus far in the series:
Arcane: Who Dies in the Netflix Show?
Before Arcane Season 2 returns on Netflix this coming 2024, here's a little recap of which characters have died and which characters have survived so far in the series.
Even with just the first act of Arcane Season 1, the animated adaptation of the MOBA game, League of Legends, has proven to fans that they are not afraid of losing both major and minor characters along the way.
Apart from Vander's (JB Blanc) and Silco's (Jason Spisak) prominent deaths in the series, there are also side characters who met their demise early on before the second season came into the picture.
These characters included Claggor (Roger Craig Smith) and Mylo (Yuri Lowenthal), both of whom were caused by Jinx's attempt to help her family survive against Silco.
Then, of course, there was Grayson, who was shot and rammed by a Shimmer Deckard before she could arrest Vander in Act 1.
Sky (Kimberly Brooks), aka Viktor's assistant in their lab with the Hextech equipment, died by accidentally sacrificing herself into the Hexcore to give it life.
Marcus (Remy Hii) died when Jinx decided to set off her butterfly bombs amidst the Piltover Enforcers.
Meanwhile, Finn, one of Silco and Sevika's supposed crew members, died when he threatened Silco to step down from his throne.

Arcane: Who Else Survives in the League of Legends Animated Adaptation?
There are still a whole lot more cast members to rely on in the upcoming Arcane Season 2, including our main protagonists, Jinx (Ella Purnell), Vi (Hailee Steinfeld), Caitlyn Kiramman (Katie Leung), Viktor (Harry Lloyd), Ekko (Reed Shannon), Mel Medarda (Toks Olagundoye), and Heimerdinger (Mich Wingert).
The side characters include Ambessa Medarda (Ellen Thomas), Finn (Miyavi), Sevika (Amirah Vann), and Singed (Brett Tucker), among many others.
Does Jinx Die in Arcane?
Before Jinx became the Jinx we know today, she was once known as Powder, Vi's little kid sister she desperately tried to protect from the harsh reality of Zaun and Piltover's society.
Powder 'died' the minute Silco decided to adopt her, the minute she felt abandoned by her sister. And then came Jinx.
She technically died the night she faced Ekko on the bridge to Piltover when she decided she wanted to set off a bomb for herself.
That is, until Silco found her and brought her to Singed's lab, where she was revived using Shimmer, thus bringing out her iconic look of having pink-colored eyes.
Jinx is one of the main characters in both the Netflix series and the MOBA game, League of Legends, so it would be difficult to see her meet her demise this early on in the series.
Does Vi Die in Arcane?
One thing every fan would know about Vi is that she is a survivor. Most of the kids in Zaun depended on and looked up to her. This included Mylo, Claggor, Ekko, and Powder.
As one of the strongest (and main) heroines in the Arcane story, losing Vi would mean losing hope in what the series is trying to depict to old fans and new.
So far, the most Vi has taken were a couple of bruises, scars, and punches, all of which she had used to train and grow stronger from, considering she faced Sevika twice and ripped her arm off the second time.
There's no telling if anyone could beat her at this point.
Does Viktor Die in Arcane?
Viktor's near-death experience had been worrisome in the series. Not only has he almost lost his life, but now that the Hexcore has taken interest in him, it could manipulate him into doing something far worse to his body.
As for whether he'll get to live or die in the series remains unknown for now. Perhaps Arcane Season 2 plans on showing more signs of whether we'll get to see him live until the end or not.
