The expression “Where you go, I go” is not found anywhere in Jujutsu Kaisen.

On the other hand, "Where you, I go" is a line from the lyrics of Adele's popular song Skyfall from the James Bond movie of the same name that came out in 2012.

After Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2’s last episode featuring the battle between Mahito, Itadori, and Aoi Todo, fans were mesmerized by the snow forest scene where Mahito is running away from Itadori.

Soon, the social media platforms were filled with edits showcasing the snow forest scene with Adele’s Skyfall playing in the background.

Perhaps, it is a clever edit, because I feel the lyrics of Skyfall, particularly the line “Where you go, I go” match the vibe of the Mahito-Itadori fight scene.

Just before Mahito and Itadori get transported to the snowy forested area, Itadori declares that he is the same as Mahito.

Itadori comes face-to-face with Mahito and states that the cursed spirit was correct in their previous conversation.

He says “I’m you” to Mahito and adds that he wants to kill the special-grade cursed spirit. For Itadori, eradicating curses is as inherent as Mahito’s will to slay humans.

“Where you go, I go” fits with Itadori’s declaration to Mahito that he will follow him until he ensures his death.

He also vows to kill him as many times as he appears. Itadori announces that he will go after him until he hunts him down, and then Mahito is shown running away from Itadori.

After Mahito kills Kento Nanami and Nobara Kugisaki, he almost breaks Itadori’s spirit.

But a timely intervention by Aoi Todo infuses a newfound zeal in Itadori to take on Mahito.

Todo, Itadori, and Mahito participate in an intense battle. Eventually, they push themselves to reach 120% of their untapped potential.

Mahito pulls every trick and nasty move from his bag of horrors to defeat the duo. However, Itadori proves why he is so strong in the series as he eventually defeats Mahito.
