Following the conclusion of the second season of What If...? in the recent holiday season, Marvel Studios released a sneak peek for the third season of the MCU animated series that gave us a preview of one of the upcoming episodes.
In the three-minute-long clip, Bucky Barnes and Alexei Shostakov were seen on a road trip on a deserted road and encountered Bill Foster at the checkpoint.
The duo escaped after Bill got suspicious and they were chased by several police cars led by a new character named Ranger Morales.
While it was clear that Sebastian Stan, David Harbour, and Laurence Fishburne are reprising their respective MCU roles in the episode, fans were wondering who is voicing the new character.
As it turns out, one of the stars of last year's highest-grossing film is behind the voice.

America Ferrera Is Voicing Ranger Morales in What If...? Season 3
The team behind What If...? confirmed in an interview with ComicBook.com that Barbie and Superstore star America Ferrera is the voice behind Ranger Morales in the third season of the MCU series.
While the character made a brief appearance in the comics, the show's take on her in the upcoming season will be "almost an original character."
"Just for the clickbait; her last name's Morales, people got very excited about that," writer and executive producer Matthew Chauncey said of her role.
A.C. Bradley, who served as the head writer of the first two seasons, praised the actress, saying, "She's great. I'm so glad she is getting her flowers when it comes to Barbie, because -- I shouldn't say this, but hey, I no longer work at Marvel -- Barbie was my favorite movie of the year, my favorite superhero movie, because Barbie's a hero.
"And, so is America. That was the best. So, we're so happy that she was willing to come in, and do this part in this random episode of What If...?. She was so lovely about it."
Since the release of the third season sneak peek and the reveal of the character's inclusion, fans have speculated that Ranger Morales might have a familial connection to Miles Morales since they share the same last name.
While we don't know yet whether they will reveal that she is associated with the fan-favorite Spider-Man character, it is exciting to see what they have in store for her in the episode since it looks like she will have a pivotal role.
Marvel Studios and Disney+ have not set a release window yet for the third season of What If...?
