For those who are holding out for an English dub release, you’re in luck, as Crunchyroll confirmed that The Misfit of Demon King Academy Season 2 is now streaming with an English dub.
Specifically, the second season’s first episode now comes with an English dub option on Crunchyroll, with the next episodes set to be released in the coming weeks.
Though it will be interesting to see how the show’s dub will handle the fact that the anime has been affected by the Winter 23 anime delays.
The Misfit of Demon King Academy English Dub Cast
Season 1 of The Misfit of Demon King Academy was released back in the Summer of 2020. While not all shows get English dub releases, this fantasy anime proved popular enough to get one.
Given this, it’s no surprise that Season 2 now also has an English dub. Another good news is that the cast members from the previous season are reprising their roles.
The second season’s English dub voice cast includes:

- Daman Mills (Frieza in Dragon Ball Super) as Shin Reglia
- Jonah Scott (Kirishima in The Yakuza's Guide to Babysitting) as Erdomaid DittiJohn

The Misfit of Demon King Academy Season 2 English Dub Episodes, Delay
The Winter 23 anime season saw lots of delayed anime shows, including the likes of Ayakashi Triangle, Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible, and BOFURI, among others.
While there were no signs of a delay initially, The Misfit of Demon King Academy Season 2 was also delayed earlier this month. It’s expected that the show will make a return in Spring 23.
Right now though, there’s no official return date yet for the anime.
Given that the English dub’s first episode has been released, it’s possible that a return for the second season will be announced soon.
It also remains to be seen how the rest of the show’s episodes will be affected as Season 2 is a split-cour release.
