Rimuru sets out on a special mission entrusted to him by Yuuki Kagurazaka.
As the King of the Kingdom of Coleus enters his old age, a heated struggle for the throne among the royal kin has erupted.
The leading contenders for the throne are the First Prince Sauzer, supported by the nobility, and the Second Prince Aslan, endorsed by the local faction of the Free Guild, who have pledged their loyalty to him.
Tasked with the mission of infiltrating the Kingdom of Coleus, Rimuru takes up the identity of the elusive Great Phantom Thief Satoru.
His mission includes two important tasks: to address the growing turmoil and to unearth a menacing scheme developing in the shadows.

Yes, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: Coleus’ Dream is canon. This 3-episode OVA is set between the events of Season 1 and Season 2.

The series is based on the original story by Fuse, who is the author of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime light novel. Atsushi Nakayama (Is This a Zombie?) is directing the series.
