So let's talk about Su-Min from Marry My Husband. Since Marry My Husband comes from a webtoon, we know a lot of things about the antagonist in the Kdrama.
For one thing, she is Kang Ji-Won's childhood friend and co-worker. Despite Ji-Won's loyalty to her, Su-Min has a deep-rooted grudge against her. Because of this, she is willing to stop at nothing to destroy Ji-Won's happiness and steal it for herself.
At the start of the show, she pretends to be Ji-Won's only friend. But when Ji-Won gets home early from her cancer treatment, she discovers that her best friend has been having an affair with her husband, Park Min-Hwan.
What's worse is that Su-Min and Min-Hwan caused her death. So when Ji-Won gets a second chance, she makes sure to not let her fake friend take advantage of her again.

Why Do People Hate Su-Min from Marry My Husband?
In the Marry My Husband manhwa, we learned that Su-Min grew up with abusive parents. She grew up with an abusive mother, who regularly beat her and deprived her of any food. She was also blamed for her father's affair.
Su-Min knows she is beautiful, which is why she uses this to take advantage of people around her. Whenever she can, she fakes her tears to get men to do something for her.
For a while, Ji-Won fell for her tricks too. But when Ji-Won finally saw her as a two-faced friend, she learned that these tears of hers were not real.
Another reason why people hate her is because she always acts cute and puts up an innocent facade. But in reality, she has caused nothing but heartache to her best friend.
When they were in high school, she encouraged people to bully Ji-Won by lying to them. She also sabotaged Ji-Won's chance at a relationship with Eun-Ho.
In the webtoon, Su-Min also refers to herself in the third person when she's acting cute.

Who Plays Su-Min in the Kdrama?
The character of Jung Su-Min in Marry My Husband is portrayed by Song Ha-yoon, who is doing a pretty good job in the role.

In fact, she is nothing but a sweetheart. You probably know her in the 2017 K-drama Fight for My Way.
When she started acting in 2003, Ha-yoon went by the stage name Kim Byul. She has since changed her name to Song Ha-yoon since the former referred to a young girl.
