It seems there’s no end to Spy x Family collabs as lots of them have been revealed recently. This latest one might be the most elegant though, as Spy x Family revealed a fancy Cruise Buffet event.
Promoted via the show’s official X (formerly Twitter) account, this special buffet is happening at the end of the month at Tokyo’s swanky Hilton Odaiba Hotel.
Aside from featuring a bunch of delectable sweets, this buffet collab is also themed after the anime’s next big arc that fans are looking forward to.
New Spy x Family Collab Teases Next Big Arc in Fancy Collab
After much anticipation, Spy x Family Season 2 finally premiered earlier this month, though its first two episodes featured self-contained stories that were almost like fillers.
Calling them fillers is unfair though, as the episodes are all based on actual chapters by Tatsuya Endo. Not to mention that they’re entertaining and do a great job of fleshing out the other characters.
As the season progresses, fans will be treated to the Cruise Adventure arc, which is expected to happen near the middle of the season. This arc was confirmed to be covered in a previous promo video.
As its name implies, this arc will see the Forger family go on a cruise. The anime’s trailers and other promotional materials haven’t shown much from this arc yet, but this new collab teases it quite obviously.
That’s because, despite happening on land, the buffet collab features a fancy nautical theme that echoes the upcoming cruise arc.

Spy x Family Cruise Buffet: What to Expect
The Spy x Family Cruise Buffet will be similar to other anime collab cafés, but it will be much fancier. After all, it’s happening at the Hilton Tokyo Odaiba, a beautiful 5-star hotel with a great view of the Odaiba waterfront.
Like other collab cafés, fans who dine here will get exclusive freebies featuring a new visual of the Forger family in fancy nautical blue outfits.
Of course, the highlight here is the menu items which feature lots of desserts patterned after the anime’s cast.
There will also be some savory dishes at the buffet. While they won’t feature cute Spy x Family designs, these European-style dishes look straight out of the anime’s Berlint setting.
The Spy x Family Cruise Buffet is happening from October 31 to December 13, 2023. Reservations are also available from October 17 to 24, 2023.
