With the film’s Japanese release just a bit over a month away, Crunchyroll announced that it will bring the Spy x Family Code: White anime movie to US cinemas in 2024.
The announcement was made alongside the release of an English-subbed trailer for the highly anticipated film.
Aside from the US, Crunchyroll also revealed that it will bring the film to cinemas in other selected regions.

Spy x Family Anime Film is Getting an International Cinema Release
Spy x Family returned with its second season in October. The season began with mostly self-contained stories, but its latest episode finally began the Cruise Adventure arc.
This latest arc is a fan-favorite thanks to its exciting action, as well as its focus on Yor Forger, a character who has not been the focus of previous arcs.
Now is a great time to be a Spy x Family fan as the new arc isn’t the only exciting thing to look forward to. That’s because the new Code: White anime movie is also going to be released soon.
Fans in Japan will be the first to see this film as it is scheduled to release in Japanese theaters this December.
Much like other anime films from big franchises like Dragon Ball and One Piece, this movie will feature an original story. Fans don’t have to worry though as series creator Tatsuya Endo is heavily involved in the film.
Crunchyroll Announces Spy x Family Code: White Release in the US and More Regions
Fans have known about the film’s Japanese release date for a while now, but it is only recently that Code: White is confirmed to get an international release.
Crunchyroll (in partnership with Sony Pictures Entertainment) confirmed that it has acquired the rights to release the Spy x Family movie in cinemas in North America.
Along with North America, Crunchyroll revealed that it also secured the rights to release the film in other selected countries and regions.
Specifically, the film will be distributed by the streaming giant in Latin America, Australia/New Zealand, and select territories in Europe.
These European countries include Austria, Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, the Nordics, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.
For now, there’s no word yet on a specific international release date for Spy x Family Code: White, though it is confirmed that the film will be screened in theaters in 2024. Here’s hoping that it will be released early next year.
