The last time that we saw Thor and Loki together in the MCU was at the beginning of Avengers: Infinity War when the God of Mischief was unceremoniously killed off by Thanos. Since then, the two characters have not crossed paths together in any capacity.
Thor went on to have his own adventures within the MCU as we've seen in Avengers: Endgame and Thor: Love and Thunder while an alternate version of Loki was able to have his own series and became an important figure in the ongoing Multiverse Saga.
A lot of fans have been wondering whether the Asgardian brothers will reunite again in the MCU at some point, especially since the existence of a multiverse had made it possible despite the official 616-variant's death.
Fortunately, it looks like we can look forward to that reunion in the future as teased by one of the producers involved in the franchise.

Loki Executive Producer Kevin Wright Teases Plans to Reunite Thor and Loki
Speaking with Variety, Loki executive producer Kevin Wright was asked whether they have plans to have the God of Mischief join the larger part of the MCU again.
He responded by teasing that they are planning to have Loki and Thor reunite again on screen at some point in the future and it is their priority in the story that they're telling in the series.
"That’s the hope. I don’t want to — yeah. I think the sun shining on Loki and Thor once again has always been the priority of the story we’re telling. But for that meeting to really be fulfilling, we have to get Loki to a certain place emotionally. I think that’s been the goal of these two seasons," Wright said.
Given that the Loki that we're seeing today in the MCU is not the same variant that we met in the later parts of the Infinity Saga, it is interesting to see how the reunion between the two will fare well when it finally happens.
Thor will definitely be shocked when he sees the new variant of his brother and how much he changed since he became part of the TVA. Loki will also be overwhelmed when he sees what his brother has gone through since the last time they saw each other.
It also poses a question on when and where they will reunite again together and it is likely that it could happen in one of the upcoming Avengers films. One thing's for sure, it will definitely be an emotional moment that fans will love.
