Is Satoru Gojo Immortal?
Satoru Gojo is unkillable. From time to time, a villain would attempt to eliminate him and fail miserably, which is not surprising because of Gojo’s immense powers. But this does not mean that he is immortal.
Just like the rest of the characters in Jujutsu Kaisen, Gojo can also die. The question now is, who would be strong enough to eliminate him?

Gojo’s Reverse Cursed Technique Explained
The idea that Gojo’s immortal came from the fact that he can use the reverse cursed technique.
He used this to restore himself from a near-death state, but it still does not make him immortal.
Moreover, there is no confirmation that the reverse cursed technique can grant immortality to its user.
At most, this technique can help the user survive and heal from an intense attack, like a domain expansion.
To activate this technique, Gojo must use positive energy to reverse the effects of the cursed technique used upon him. An example is applying positive energy to Limitless. This allows Gojo to bring forth Infinity.
Gojo is one of many sorcerers who can use this technique. Some of its other users are Ryomen Sukuna and Yuta Okkotsu.
While each user has their way of using this technique, the idea is simple; to heal themselves from powerful attacks to keep themselves alive.
This technique makes it hard for these characters to die, making them unkillable, but not immortal.
Is Immortality Possible in Jujutsu Kaisen?
Immortality is possible through Tengen’s innate technique. Through Immortality, the user can gain an infinite lifespan.
While it is a good technique, the user will still experience physical changes, like aging.
When the user reaches a certain age, the Immortality technique will change their body through evolution.
Self-awareness will no longer exist, and the user will become a shell of their old self.
To rewrite their body’s information, the user must merge with a Star Plasma Vessel, a young woman who can refresh Immortality.
