Constellation is an eight-episode sci-fi thriller on Apple TV. The first three episodes were released on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. The series will then release one episode weekly until its finale on Wednesday, March 27.

The series follows Jo (played by Noomi Rapace), an astronaut who had to return to Earth following a deadly collision. However, when she returns, she doesn't remember a lot of things about her home.

Aside from suddenly knowing how to play the piano, Jo is confused about her daughter, Alice (played by Davina and Rosie Coleman).

Although her husband, Magnus (played by James D'Arcy), tries to convince her that it is the same daughter, Jo continues to be confused.

This leaves viewers wondering whether Jo is the same person when she left the planet or if something sinister has happened to her home and family.

With the trailers and episodes released so far, we can't help but wonder if Constellation is scary on Apple TV too.

As mentioned, the trailer and the released episodes of Constellation will give you the creeps. There's a lingering sense that something supernatural is about to happen at any moment.

And if you've already watched the show, there are a few jump scares that set the stage for it to be a scary series.

Early reviewers say that the series has "bursts of excitement," yet we cannot discount the fact that there are "moments of unsettling subtlety."

If you catch on quickly, you'll notice some disturbing things that would also make you wonder the same thing.

The ever-so-slightly rearranging of furniture in the Taylor family home gives a sense of intrigue and makes you wonder why things like these are happening.

Some metaphorical monsters also creep out at you in the darkness. Plus, the eerie music adds to the air of suspense.

But what is happening? Is there really something supernatural or is the ISS hiding something from Jo? Or is this a psychological thriller with Jo's mind playing tricks on her as a result of the accident on the ship?

We'll have to wait until the series finale to know for sure.
