While it's likely the anime takes some inspiration from the various adaptations, it's primarily based on the light novel.

In many cases like this where an isekai web novel gets multiple adaptations, the light novel is regarded as the main source. The light novel is usually the most refined version of the creator's story and also comes with the first illustrations bringing the vision to life.

The adaptation is likely to take some inspiration from the manga, especially from a visual standpoint. However, the manga itself will also be based on the light novels.

A clue to the anime's inspirations can be seen in the character design credits. Illustrators of both the Villainess' light novel (Hanagata) and manga (Aonoshimo) are credited as original character designers, alongside the anime's designer Youko Satou.
