What Happened in Delicious in Dungeon Episode 13?

The mad magician is furious with Laios and his group for impeding the Red Dragon's mission. He uses ancient magic to assault Laios and his group, but Marcille dispels it like a dark elf, much to Chilchuck's disbelief.

Laios tries to help Falin get back on her feet, but the latter is already out of her mind. She pushes Laios away with her newfound power, while Marcille's mana is depleted from using too much forbidden magic.

The crazy magician alters the shape of the dungeon, sending Laios' party to a tiny space with four walls about to crash together.

A hole appears unexpectedly, providing Laios and his friends with an escape route.

The orcs discover them, but Senshi swiftly informs them of what occurred and their relationship to the other orcs.

While Laios and Marcille doze off, Chilchuck rants about his party members' foolishness. He wants to return to the surface not because he is a coward but because he is concerned that his companions will die on him.

By the end of the episode, Chilchuck is asking Laios to return to the surface, regroup, and then come back to the dungeon stronger than before. Senshi agrees, stating that he is running out of seasonings.

While Laios and his group agree to return to the surface, the mad magician repeatedly changes the dungeon's shape, making it difficult for them to get out.

After two days of attempting to make it out, Laios and his friends became disoriented and were in critical condition.

They're all thirsty, tired, and hungry, and they have to fight monsters one after another. They also came upon some dryad flowers, which made the journey back more torturous.

As the story progresses, Laios and his party members stumble upon Kabru and Shuro's group.

While Kabru and Shuro's group were able to make it out after a while, Laios and his party ended up stuck in the dungeon, dealing with problems one after another.

Of course, by the end of Delicious in Dungeon, they all return to the surface after everything that happened.
