Gushing Over Magical Girls debuts yet another interesting villain in its fifth episode. Aside from Utena and Kiwi, there is Morino Korisu. She is the latest addition to Enormita’s force, but can Morino Korisu talk in Gushing Over Magical Girls?

Morino Korisu Is Enormita’s Newest Villainess With Interesting Powers
Venalita exerted little to no effort in recruiting Korisu Morino as a villainess for Enormita. In fact, Korisu was the one who initiated their partnership.
Korisu found Venalita in a dark alley and curiously reached for the evil mascot’s tail. Then, Venalita asked Korisu if she wanted to become a villainess, to which the latter agreed by nodding her head.
Unlike Utena, Korisu really likes Venalita, as if she were one of her dolls or pets. She is only nine years old and was born on February 8th, which explains her much younger appearance than Utena and Kiwi.
Her villainess name is Neroalice, and she gets to wear a fancy and cutesy Alice in Wonderland-like dress, which Utena thinks is incredibly adorable.
Korisu also has interesting and very useful villainess abilities. She can use any kind of dollhouse to trap people and make them do her bidding.
Anyone who wanders into her dollhouse becomes Korisu’s toy, similar to what happened to the Tres Magia.
The only downside is that her power packs a punch into her stamina, which makes her extremely tired. She can’t do it for long since she’s still young.
Utena thinks Korisu is cute, but she might be the worst out of all the villains in the organization.
Can Morino Korisu Talk in Gushing Over Magical Girls?
Yes, Morino Korisu can talk in Gushing Over Magical Girls. It’s just that she is extremely socially awkward and has a lack of social understanding, which Utena and Kiwi think is a shame for her big, bright eyes and pretty hair.
She prefers to nod and shake her head as a form of communication rather than using her mouth to talk with other people, including her mother.
In fact, there’s only one occasion in this comedy and ecchi series where we can see or read Korisu talking, and that’s when she says the words “Trans Magia” to transform and heal Utena’s fever.
Since then, Korisu has never uttered a single word to the rest of the characters in the series.
Surely, it will be exciting if we can see her character develop in the future, or perhaps hear some words from her in the anime adaptation.
