Kenjaku is one of the primary villains in Jujutsu Kaisen. He is a curse user, having endured for more than a thousand years by employing his innate skill.

This unique ability enables him to transfer his brain to other individuals, effectively gaining control over them.

Across the centuries, he has taken over various hosts, seamlessly adopting their identities.

Over the years, he has inhabited Kaori Itadori, Yuji Itadori’s mother; Geto, and Noritoshi Kamo, a member of Kamo Clan responsible for creating the Cursed Womb: Death Paintings.

The appearance of Kenjaku’s original body is still a mystery. The only distinguishing features are the stitches and scars encircling the crown of his head.

These marks result from the procedure essential for transplanting Kenjaku's brain—the sole personal attribute he possesses—into his chosen host. This brain is different from a normal brain as it has its own set of teeth.

In terms of his powers, his Cursed Spirit Manipulation is extremely powerful. He also possesses other innate techniques like Maximum: Uzumaki, Antigravity System, Womb Profusion, and Reversed Cursed Technique.

He even extracted the Idle Transfiguration after sealing and consuming Mahito.

Kenjaku used Idle Transfiguration on Tengen’s barrier to initiate the Culling Game, remotely manipulating the souls of people he had marked throughout the years.
