Ainz Ooal Gown
If Luffy wanders into the Great Tomb of Nazarick, he will immediately be under the surveillance of its Overlord and Guildmaster, Ainz Ooal Gown.
He is an undead known as the most powerful magic caster in the Overlord world, with a plethora of top-tier magic spells in addition to world-class items.
Ainz Ooal Gown can kill Luffy instantly by combining Time Stop, Reality Slash, and Grasp Heart.
Ainz can also use teleportation and trap spells such as Explode Mine, Wall of Skeleton, and Body of Effulgent Beryl because Luffy's battle style relies on contact with his opponents.
Ainz is also a highly vigilant combatant. He is more than eager to spend time studying his opponents in order to gain the upper hand in the actual fight!

The Misfit of Demon King Academy’s overpowered main character, Anos Voldigoad, will undoubtedly win a fight against Luffy’s Gear Five.
He is known as the Demon King of Tyranny, capable of massive destruction on an entirely greater level than that of One Piece’s Luffy.
Anos has chaotic destruction eyes, allowing him to demolish anything in his power, including logic, principles, and even emptiness! He has already reached the pinnacle of his existence, and his power is boundless!
Worse, Anos is nearly impossible to get rid of! But even if he gets killed in the process, his disappearance will not be permanent. He possesses all of the world's power, far above anything Luffy can imagine at this time.
Yhwach
This list would be incomplete without Your Majesty, the Quincy's Father, the Almighty, and the Soul King's son, Yhwach!
He declares that no one can steal anything from him, and he will make certain that everyone, including Luffy, understands that everything in the universe exists purely for his benefit!
Luffy's Gear Five will have trouble competing against Yhwach due to his capacity to see all futures and change them to his satisfaction.

At first, I was contemplating putting Saitama on this list because I couldn’t see him winning a physical battle with Luffy. He is still mortal, toughened up by his training, unlike Luffy, who has awakened his devil fruit.
But given Saitama’s strange yet powerful feats, such as his serious sneeze capable of destroying Jupiter, I know that he has all the strength to defeat even Luffy!
Saitama’s power is infinite, which is most likely equal to or more than the powers provided by Luffy’s awakened devil fruit.
We saw him grab ahold of dimensional portals and throw them around as if they were not intangible things.
If this doesn't mean that he is powerful enough to break Luffy, then I don't know what is.
At the end of the day, everyone should know that Saitama is a parody character written in a way that makes him unbeatable!
Bobobo-bo-Bo-Bobo
Yes, the cool and incomprehensible hero, Bobobo-bo-Bo-Bobo, can also beat Luffy! In fact, his destructive ability is at a multi-universe level the moment he turns into Landmind Bobobo.
He is the guy capable of carrying an entire background of space, which has countless stars in the sky! He even created an entire reality with numerous star systems!
In a nutshell, Bobobo-bo-Bo-Bobo is untouchable, and even Goku will have the hardest time dealing with him. He has the power of time-space reality, and he uses it according to his own rules!
His stamina is also limitless, making it harder to determine just how strong Bobobo-bo-Bo-Bobo is in reality!
So, if Luffy decides to test Bobobo-bo-Bo-Bobo’s power one of these days, it’s best for his fans to pray for his soul!
Satoru Gojo
The discussion over who will win between Gojo and Luffy has been going on for quite some time. Perhaps the outcome of this battle will be determined by who can evade each other's absurd powers first.
There's also the possibility of a draw, with Gojo eventually triumphing after Luffy's gear runs out.
Satoru Gojo is the most powerful jujutsu sorcerer, having an infinite defensive skill that can defeat Luffy.
It is this defensive capacity, known as infinity, that separates Gojo from Luffy. If Luffy is able to hit Gojo, the situation will change.
Furthermore, Gojo can employ Domain Expansion, where he can counter Luffy's durability by using Hollow Purple.

Obviously, a lot of One Piece fans are unhappy whenever other people claim that Naruto can beat Luffy. But in reality, this is true; it’s just that this fact is an incredibly hard pill to swallow.
In terms of feats, Naruto easily outclasses Luffy, who doesn’t have any planetary-level feats like the former.
At Naruto’s peak, he can fight Luffy head-to-head without draining his chakra, whereas Luffy can exhaust his gear after spending so much time using it.
Naruto also has better attack, defense, and regen, all of which he can use to end things with Luffy.
Naruto is an all-round fighter, and Luffy is a brawler. He also has higher stats in every aspect: speed, power, techniques, and destructive capabilities.
Son Goku
The power scaling and multipliers in Dragon Ball and One Piece have a wide margin.
The numbers in Dragon Ball are unimaginable, which gives us confidence that any of Son Goku’s previous Saiyan forms can deal with Luffy’s Gear Five.
And now that Goku has obtained his latest transformation, known as Ultra Instinct, Luffy has no way to hurt him unless Goku permits him to do so to test his strength.
But at this point in time, Goku is untouchable, similar to Bobobo-bo-Bo-Bobo.
Admit it: the speed and power difference between Goku and Luffy is too wide. Luffy’s rubber abilities will not save him from Goku’s destructive attacks.
