Young Justice: Outsiders Gives Us First Look at Cyborg

We're a few episodes in and it's clear that Young Justice: Outsiders is the third season fans deserve and so much more. Due to the series no longer airing in Cartoon Network, Young Justice has been able to explore much darker themes and issues while still maintaining the fun demeanor of the past few seasons.

Outsiders has given us members of the Bat Family and other obscure DC characters, so it's somewhat surprising that we haven't seen Cyborg in the show yet. Young Justice is filled with characters from the Teen Titans, so this is fairly surprising.

Until now, at least.

A quick preview shows a pre-Cyborg Vic Sage angry at his father for missing his game. This is pretty normal stuff for comic book fans and those that have been buying the recent DCAU films, so it looks like Vic will be turning to Cyborg real soon. DC has also unveiled the character's new design for the series and it looks really sleek.

Cyborg's presence in the media now is bigger than it's ever been, though not without faults. His appearance in the Justice League movie was unmemorable, while his appearance in the comics has made him more capable than ever. He is also slated to appear in Doom Patrol soon, which is a unique position for the character since Cyborg never really associated with them before.

Young Justice: Outsiders premieres new episodes weekly on DC Universe.
