Xbox One is Now Home to the Complete Kingdom Hearts Series

It took some time but Square Enix has finally released almost-every Kingdom Hearts game on the Xbox One. Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix and Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue are now available on Microsoft's home console, joining Kingdom Hearts 3 for a mostly complete collection of games. Of course, we say mostly since 358/2 and Re: Coded were only remade into movies but you can't have it all.

While fans are probably upset over these games not coming out earlier, or the fact that Square Enix doesn't appear to be releasing the All-In-One physical collection to the Xbox One, this is better than nothing. If you somehow decided to play Kingdom Hearts 3 without looking up the story or checking out the in-game summary, then these games are for you.

As if that wasn't enough to excite fans, the Kingdom Hearts Facebook page has confirmed that Kingdom Hearts 3 will be a part of Xbox Game Pass on February 25. This is very good news since players won't have to spend too much if they are already subscribed to the service, which is nice.

Just keep in mind that these games aren't well-written, nor do they have a particularly strong narrative. Somehow, though all the weird things these games put players through, Kingdom Hearts does find a way to endear fans to it. Maybe it's the cute boys and girls interacting with Disney properties? Either way, this is a big franchise that a lot of people love; hope you survive the experience.

All of the Kingdom Hearts games are now available on Xbox One, as well as PS4.
