Square Enix Announces Kingdom Hearts: All-in-One Collection If You Still Haven't Played These Games Yet

If you're a gamer in 2020 and haven't touched a single Kingdom Hearts game in your life, Square Enix has the answer for you. Next month, the company will be releasing Kingdom Hearts: All-in-One Package, which collects Kingdom Hearts: The Story So Far and Kingdom Hearts III. To add more to the confusion, The Story So Far is already a collection of Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 Remix and Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue.

Admittedly, this isn't the super complete edition of the game because a.) Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and Kingdom Hearts RE:Coded is only cutscenes in the 1.5+2.5 Collection and b.) fans hoping it will come with the Kingdom Hearts III Re:Mind DLC will be disappointed since it's not included.

Why Square Enix isn't adding the Re:Mind DLC is a mystery since that answers some questions about the ending of Kingdom Hearts III and also has some stellar boss battles. It's something a lot of fans would have appreciated and would have garnered some buys from those that don't have any experience with the franchise but want to learn more.

Then again, knowing this company, they probably have plans to release Kingdom Hearts III Re:Mind Final Mix or something like that. At the least, they released it as DLC for those with copies of the game so at least everyone can experience it. That's all we can ask for at this point.

Kingdom Hearts: All-in-One Package will be released next month, on March 17.
