A newly-released TV spot for X-Men '97 teased the arrival of Captain America in one of the upcoming episodes this season.
Fans are still reeling about the recently-aired fifth episode as it ended with the fall of Genosha and the death of many beloved characters such as Magneto and Gambit.
There is now a lot of anticipation for the upcoming episodes as fans are wondering how the other X-Men heroes will deal with the aftermath, but we know that it will feature cameo appearances from other Marvel characters.

X-Men '97 TV Spot Reveals Captain America Cameo
Marvel Studios recently released a new TV spot for X-Men '97 titled "War" which gave fans glimpses of what they could expect in the rest of the first season.
The footage that was shown in the 30-second spot was a mixture of scenes from the already-aired first five episodes and a spoiler-free look at the upcoming episodes.
The biggest highlight of the TV spot is the reveal of Captain America's shield, indicating that the beloved Avenger will be making a guest appearance.
Executive producer Brad Winderbaum has hinted multiple times that they have some surprise cameos in store for the series and this is our first hint at one of the guest appearances that we could expect.
Captain America has also appeared in an episode of the original X-Men: The Animated Series where he teamed up with Wolverine in a World War II adventure so it wouldn't be surprising to see him show up again in the revival.
It is curious to see how the beloved Avenger's guest appearance will play out and whether he will cross paths with Wolverine again for another adventure.
