The Princess Has Been Tortured in Unimaginable Ways Since Her Capture
Many moons have passed since the Imperial Army went to war with the Hellhorde, and it is unfortunate that the Princess fell into the hands of the enemy and found herself imprisoned along with her sentient sacred blade, EX.
Since then, the Princess has been subject to full-blown torture by the Grand Inquisitor, the Lieutorments, the Beast Master Krall, the Weaponsmith Gilga-chan, and even the Demon Lord’s only daughter, Hyper Cadet Harm Marshal Maomao, just to name a few, in bizarre ways.
While the Princess has seen her fair share of war and has been proving herself on the battlefield over and over again, the Hellhorde’s forces have yet to fail in forcing her to reveal the empire’s secrets.
It’s a good thing that the Demon Lord doesn’t see the usefulness of the information they got from the Princess even to this day.
He is not satisfied with the intelligence the Princess gave them at all, which means the Princess will continue to be subjected to torture in the Hellhorde's prison.
So, Will the Princess Be Rescued in 'Tis Time for "Torture"?
The Princess has yet to be rescued in 'Tis Time for "Torture." She is still a prisoner at Hellhorde, with no end in sight, at least for now.
The 'Tis Time for "Torture" manga is still ongoing, and there’s no sign that it will end anytime soon.
In the 'Tis Time for "Torture" anime adaptation, the Princess was so close to being rescued, leading some anime-only viewers to believe that she'd finally be freed from the Hellhorde.
Louch Brittan, the white knight of the imperial army’s first legion, came to the princess’ rescue but to no avail.
He was so close to bringing the princess back with the return spell, but the latter, at the very last second, got uncomfortable with the former, resulting in the knight’s failed mission.
Interestingly, the Princess looked happier in prison with her tormentors than in her life outside, where she was bound by the imperial palace’s rules and regulations.
Still, it would be exciting to see her reclaim her freedom as the plot unfolds.
