In Spy x Family, Loid Forger forms a fake family for his mission, Operation Strix. But unbeknownst to him, Anya is a telepath, and Yor is a hired assassin.

How Yor Could Win Against Loid
From the beginning, it has been shown many times that Yor has superhuman strength, perhaps because she is a world-class assassin.
She has proven this on many occasions, such as when she kicked a car and caused it to swerve and hit a post; when she hit a tennis ball and made it crumble to pieces; and when she drunkenly kicked Loid and made him unconscious.
Moreover, she is also known to be indestructible. When she was run over by a car, it felt like nothing happened to her. She was bleeding but managed to recover immediately.
She is also skilled at using short-range weapons. Coupled with her immense speed, her enemies would never notice her until the job is done.
If there is no preparation involved and basing it on pure strength and durability alone, Yor will definitely win against Loid.
She has done this twice and proven herself superior in terms of strength, given that he was not prepared.

How Loid Could Win Against Yor
It might become a different story if there is preparation and planning involved. Unlike Yor, Loid is a brilliant planner and manipulator. He can use Yor’s weaknesses, like her brother or even Anya, to play the cards in his favor. After all, he is the master of disguise and is able to fool anyone, even Yor.
He is also skilled at using long-distance weapons and can accurately hit his targets from afar. This has been shown throughout the series during his various spy missions.
Furthermore, his strategies are foolproof as he always has a backup plan for every possible (and impossible) scenario.
In terms of intellectual abilities, Loid would definitely win against Yor. His strategies are more refined compared to hers and he is always five steps ahead when confronting anyone.
So, Who Wins Between Loid and Yor?
In terms of strength and combat prowess, Yor easily wins against Loid, but if it comes down to fight preparation, perceptiveness, and insight, Loid has a chance to win against Yor.
It is hard to say that one character is superior to the other. Both Loid and Yor have their strengths and weaknesses, so the outcome of their fight (should there be one) will also change depending on the circumstances.
