So far, the mysterious Goblin Slayer has not ended up with Onna Shinkan, the adventurer with whom he's formed a goblin-slaying party.
Since both of them are the show's main protagonists who started the party, some people ship them or at least consider the possibility of them becoming a couple later on.
As of writing, there has been no real indication that the Gobin Slayer and the Priestess could end up as a couple.
They do, however, share a close relationship based on mutual trust and admiration, and each one encourages the other to grow.
The Priestess is probably the character closest to Goblin Slayer as a good friend, if not as a love interest.
Does Goblin Slayer End Up With Sword Maiden?
Goblin Slayer and Sword Maiden have not ended up together so far. Of course, this could change in the future.
Right now, Sword Maiden is deeply in love with Goblin Slayer, partly due to her goblin-related trauma, which makes her appreciate his goal of eradicating goblins.

Cow Girl is Goblin Slayer's childhood friend who also has romantic feelings for him, but the two don't end up together.
After a disagreement, Cow Girl and Goblin Slayer got separated. For years, she thought he was dead.
Their relationship is strained, but they eventually repair their relationship somewhat.
This doesn't change the fact that Goblin Slayer does not have time for romance.
Does Goblin Slayer Have a Love Interest?
Goblin Slayer is a single-minded protagonist who is initially only interested in his goal of killing goblins. As such, he is not that interested in romance.
However, over the course of the dark fantasy series, he learns to appreciate other things in life, so this could change in future episodes.
His personality leaves little room for romance unless you consider one-sided feelings such as those of Sword Maiden and Guild Girl.

As of writing, Goblin Slayer has not ended up with anyone, although several female characters have shown an interest in him.
Perhaps the lack of romance isn't a problem, given that the series has been criticized for its violence toward women.
