While many are curious about whether Bradley ends up with Cory or Laura, others want to know who her co-host, Alex Levy, ends up with. Alex went through a divorce in The Morning Show Season 1. So, does she find love again? Who does Alex end up with in The Morning Show? Here’s what we know.

Do Alex and Chip Get Together in The Morning Show?
Alex and Chip do not get together on The Morning Show. Chip has been Alex’s producer for a very long time, and he’s made a lot of sacrifices for her.
Despite having a fiancée in the second season, Chip prioritizes Alex first and always comes to her rescue.
So, fans have been wondering if Chip actually likes Alex. Chip never confessed that he’s in love with Alex, but actor Mark Duplass thinks that his character has “confusing feelings” for her.
In an October 2021 interview with Decider, Duplass said:
“I think it’s really complicated, what’s going on between Chip and Alex. I think that he certainly would like to live a much more simple life with a girlfriend that doesn’t emotionally abuse him and works at a television station that has quieter hours, but he’s drawn back to that world, and a big part of that world is Alex.
And I do think that he has very confusing feelings for her. I think he doesn’t really know how he feels, but he is clearly codependent on her in a lot of ways and he needs her, and I think that she needs him.”
In The Morning Show Season 3, it is revealed that Chip has been dating Isabella for a year already. This surprises Alex, and she appears to be upset about it.
However, it doesn't seem to be because of jealousy. It could be because she finds it odd that her producer is dating her former assistant, or because she's been alone the past years.
In the sixth episode, Chip proposes to Isabella, but she rejects his proposal. She tells Chip, "I want you to ask because of me, not because of her." It's clear that the "her" she is referring to is Alex.

Do Alex and Paul End Up Together in The Morning Show?
Alex Levy has not been in a relationship with anyone since her divorce in the first season. In The Morning Show Season 3, she has a new love interest: Paul Marks, a tech billionaire interested in buying UBA.
From the start, it seems that Paul has been interested in Alex. Alex, on the other hand, has doubts about Paul’s deal with UBA. So, she decided to interview him on Alex Unfiltered, and she wasn’t very friendly during the interview.
After the interview, they were the only ones left in his house. They talk, and Alex emphasizes that UBA has certain standards, and Paul’s deal won’t change that. This conversation then leads to a hookup.
In the seventh episode, it appears that things are becoming serious between them. Paul and Alex talk about their previous divorces, and Paul tells Alex that he doesn’t want to stop seeing her.
However, they agree that the press and the board will not approve of their relationship. So, they decide to keep their relationship a secret.
Later on, Paul finds out that the Vault has a picture of him and Alex kissing, so he looks for ways to kill the story. Amanda informs him that threats did not work on the news outlet. She then tells Paul to get his head straight.
Paul, however, goes to Alex and tells her that he wants more than a weekend getaway with her. Paul and Alex kiss and Chip sees this from afar.
But Paul and Alex don't stay together in The Morning Show Season 3. They break up in the season finale.
In the eighth episode of The Morning Show Season 3, we find out that Paul intends to sell UBA when the deal goes through.
Alex, at first, is on board with Paul’s plans for UBA, but after Bradley tells her that she thinks Paul has been surveilling her ever since he found out she was investigating him, Alex becomes suspicious of Paul.
In the finale, Alex ultimately chooses to save UBA from Paul. She proposes an alternative to Hyperion’s offer and tells Paul to walk away from UBA. Paul also has been reporting fake data to NASA, and Alex tells him to come clean to NASA, or they will run the story and end Hyperion.
Later on, Paul admits that he made mistakes, and Alex emphasizes that it was more than mistakes. Alex then says that she really wanted to have a partner, and Paul responds that she had one. But Alex emphasizes that she wants a partner she can trust.
