As a quick refresher, Makoto Misumi met Patrick Rembrandt during season 1. At the time, Makoto helped resolve the curse that had befallen Patrick’s wife and children, thus he came to trust Makoto.
Yes, that means the Rembrandt sisters are the children of Patrick whom Makoto saved from their curse. The two sisters are named Sif and Yuno, and they are shown in the next episode’s preview.
Based on how they were talked about at the Academic City, it seems that the two sisters have quite a reputation for being obnoxious tycoons.

Do the Rembrandt Sisters Join Makoto’s Class?
Given that the folks at the Academic City were wondering if Makoto Kuzunoha (Makoto Misumi’s alias) knew that the sisters were returning, it seems that the two would join his class.
This is indeed the case as Sif and Yuno will join the class of Raidou (Makoto’s alias in the novel series) based on the events of the Tsukimichi light novel.
Despite the talk about how horrible they are, their interactions with Makoto will be different given their fondness for him.

Explaining Sif and Yuno Rembrandt’s Relationship with Makoto
As it was Makoto who saved the Rembrandt sisters in Tsukimichi season 1, Sif and Yuno developed feelings for him. This is despite his appearance, which is ugly by the world’s standards.
Because Makoto saved them, Sif and Yuno changed their perspective as they no longer judged people from the outside. Instead, they looked more into their inner selves.
Given their feelings for Makoto, the two would do their best to prevent other girls from getting closer to him in their class.
