Watch Full Trailer for She-Ra and the Princesses of Power

A big She-Ra reveal was promised at NYCC 2018, and we now have a full trailer for Netflix's upcoming She-Ra and the Princesses of Power.

Here's the official description:

Adora's destiny turns out to be far greater than she could have ever imagined. As the legendary warrior princess, She-Ra, it's up to her and a spirited group of rebel princesses to restore balance in Etheria by defending it from the place she once called home.

What's interesting is the title of the show chooses to focus on a whole ensemble as compared to just She-Ra herself. The original show had She-Ra named the Princess of Power, and now it looks like Dreamworks is going to focus on She-Ra and her whole team of warrior princesses.

I'll admit, the animation style looks a bit shoddy, but I'm sure that it's perfect for whoever the target audience of She-Ra is going to be. Everyone looks like Steven Universe characters that were redesigned into an anime, and the colors just pop everywhere. Not to mention the humor seems spot on for a kids show while at the same time not being too bland for older audiences.

The first reveal of She-Ra was actually met with backlash from some fans who wanted her to look more like the original cartoon, but a lot of people also embraced the new design that didn't make the Princess of Power too hyper-sexualized.

After Netflx's Halloween season is over, gear up for the arrival of She-Ra and the Princesses of Power come Nov. 16.
