Warner Bros. Reportedly Want Black KkKlansman Star to Play Two-Face in The Batman

Matt Reeves' The Batman has to be one of the most anticipated DC movies coming out, mostly because fans are curious about Robert Pattinson as The Caped Crusader. Rumors have been spreading about the movie's villains and who could potentially be menacing Batman, with both Catwoman and The Penguin constantly being mentioned.

However, a new report from Geeks WorldWide has stated that Black KkKlansman star John David Washington is a high priority pick to play as Harvey Dent aka Two-Face.

While the two aren't in talks yet, Warner Bros is reportedly interested in getting the actor to play this role. This will be great for fans of Tenet since it would reunite Pattinson with his co-star. Plus, it would be awesome seeing the two talented actors play off against each other since both Batman and Two-Face have always had intriguing interactions, to say the least.

This wouldn't be the first time we had a black Harvey Dent; Billy Dee Williams played the character in Tim Burton's Batman movie and he was pretty disappointed when they didn't cast him for the role in Batman Forever. Williams would eventually play the character but that was in The Lego Batman Movie, where he didn't really play a major role. Better than nothing I suppose.

No official details on the movie's plot have been revealed but Matt Reeves' The Batman will be coming out on June 25, 2021.
