Kevin Conroy Will Play Batman In Arrowverse's Crisis On Infinite Earths

It looks like Arrowverse is planning truly huge in its upcoming crossover event. It has just been revealed that Batman will finally show up in Crisis on Infinite Earths and they've chosen the perfect actor to play the role: Kevin Conroy.

The announcement was made at The CW's panel at this year's TCA Summer Press Tour (via IGN). Conroy is best known for playing the Caped Crusader (duh) in Batman: The Animated Series so the idea of him showing up as Bruce Wayne in Arrowvese is certainly a welcome one.

Batman is just one of the heavy hitters who will be showing up in Crisis on Infinite Earths. It was also revealed that Cress Williams will be making his Arrowverse debut as Black Lightning in the gigantic crossover event. In addition to that, Brandon Routh is pulling double duty as Ray Palmer/Atom and Kingdom Come Superman later this year, as announced at the recent San Diego Comic-Con.

The CW hyped up the upcoming event with a press release:

"This coming season, The CW will present its biggest DC crossover ever with Crisis on Infinite Earths airing across five different episodes of the network's hit superhero series and spanning two quarters (December 2019 and January 2020)."

Here's the schedule of the Arrowverse crossover's episodes:

Supergirl - Sunday, December 8, 2019 (8pm ET/PT)
Batwoman - Monday, December 9, 2019 (8pm ET/PT)
The Flash - Tuesday, December 10, 2019 (8pm ET/PT)
Arrow - Tuesday, January 14, 2020 (8pm ET/PT)
