The epic anime series that first aired in 2019 made a mighty comeback with a second season in Winter 2023. With the hype already reaching new heights, fans wonder if and when Vinland Saga Season 2 will get an English dub.
Vinland Saga is based on the highly acclaimed manga of the same name by Makoto Yukimura that has sold more than seven million copies so far.
The brutal anime known for its twists and turns ended its first season with the death of Askeladd who killed Thorfinn’s father early in the season.

Will Vinland Saga Season 2 Be Dubbed in English?
Due to its immense popularity and cult-like following, Vinland Saga Season 2 is confirmed to get an English dub. However, it remains to be seen if it will get two English dubs like Vinland Saga Season 1.
The first season’s two English dubbed versions were produced by Los Angeles’ Voice & Script International and Sentai Filmworks and are streaming on Netflix and HIDIVE.
Season 2 of the historical anime is slated to stream on Netflix and Crunchyroll, but there has been no news yet if it will also get two versions of dubs.
Vinland Saga Season 2 English Dub Release Date
Crunchyroll started streaming the English dubbed version of Vinland Saga Season 2 on January 23, 2023, which means it's two episodes behind the original Japanese version that debuted on January 9, 2023.
Season 2 revolves around Thorfinn and his struggle to find the motivation to lead a purposeful life.
The trailer also showcased the empire of King Canute expanding. How will Thorfinn find his purpose in the new season?
