What Is Villainess Level 99 About?
The anime series revolves around Yumiella Dolkness, who is a typical villainess in an otome RPG. However, she also happens to be a powerhouse hidden boss.
Yumiella’s current identity is a far cry from her past life as a shy college student and dedicated gamer.
Upon realizing her reincarnated status as the hidden boss, she is determined to evade the protagonists and circumvent her impending defeat at their hands
Her primary goal is a peaceful and uneventful existence. Unfortunately, her gamer instincts take over, making it impossible for Yumiella to ignore her remarkable stats.
With ample time on her hands before embarking on her academy life, she indulges a bit too much and maxes out her level at 99.
When this comes to light, others misconstrue her abilities, now believing she is the ever-so-powerful Demon Lord.

Villainess Level 99 is scheduled to be released on January 9, 2024, in Japan. The anime series is based on the light novel of the same name written by Satori Tanabata and illustrated by Tea.
