How Old Is Aya Rindo?
Aya Rindo's birthday is not known, but she claims to be the only true immortal being at the age of 962 years. Based on this information, she was likely born in the 9th century.
So far, the anime hasn't dwelt on her feelings about her immortality before losing her body.
However, after an unknown assailant from abroad cuts her head, Aya initially hopes that Tsugaru might kill her.
Instead, he proposes to show her a great time and help her find her would-be murderer and get revenge.
Appearance-wise, Aya has remained unchanged since the age of 14.
With her character design, it's hard to tell just how old she seems to be. Her face looks youthful but her expression and demeanor betray a much longer life experience.
How Old Is Tsugaru Shinuchi?
So far, the Undead Girl Murder Farce manga and anime haven't specified Tsugaru's age, but he looks like he's in his late twenties or early/mid-thirties.
Once again, his character designs make it hard to tell for sure, so he could possibly be a bit older. His birthday is also unknown.
When they first meet, Aya points out that Tsugaru is doomed to die early, as the part of him that is demon eats away his life.
However, when their partnership begins, Aya's own immortal properties sustain Tsugaru's human side, prolonging his life.
The anime hasn't confirmed if this makes Tsugaru immortal too, if it slows his aging significantly, or if it just gives him normal health and longevity.

How Old Is Shizuku Hasei?
Shizuku Hasei, Aya's maid, appears to be a young woman in her late twenties or early thirties, though anime character designs aren't all that helpful.
Due to a family tradition, Shizuku has served Aya from a young age.
With Shizuku's birthday unknown, it's hard to tell if she possesses extreme longevity like her mistress or if other members of the Hasei family have served Aya on different occasions.
What About the Godard Family?
The Godards are a vampire family whom Aya and Tsugaru are called to help when Hannah, the mother of the family, is found murdered.
Their ages haven't been stated. But in the setting of Undead Girl Murder Farce, vampires can reproduce, so they presumably also age, albeit at a slower rate.
Godard has been a vampire for a while, but his wife, who got murdered, used to be human.
